Inside Sales


  • Direct/indirect Selling of IT products & services via making outbound calls
  • Responsible for handling corporate accounts
  • Develop & maintain good business relationship with assigned customers & vendor
  • Responsible for handling sales administration
  • To make calls to customer at all time during scheduled call period
  • To ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close deals
  • To qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential deals
  • Responsible for weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel, call plan 
  • Enhance positive customer experience & customer satisfaction through timely response to customer’s enquiry
  • Work closely with Field Account Manager & Vendor to develop & identify new opportunities & to maintain / support existing large corporate customers


  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have direct/indirect sales experience to an end-user customer base & channel, with demonstrated account & channel management experience as part of previous experience 
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong business, financial & technical acumen 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and a team player employee

Network Engineer


  • Create task planning before deployment
  • Deliver network deployment to customer
  • Doing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Create report of the deployment or support case


  • D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with Cisco or Dell switch and router products
  • Having min 3 years experience on Layer 2 & Layer 3 configuration
  • Having knowledge in Software-Defined Networking is advantage
  • Having CCNP certification is MUST
  • Having certificates of Security/Wireless are added value
  • Able to work in team, good communication and fast learning of new product
  • Fluent in English (active and passive)



  • Configure and document VMware software solutions, hardware and service solutions to meet customer objectives
  • Develop and implement Vmware Cloud Foundation and VMware Tanzu solutions
  • Build microservice-style and cloud-based architecture
  • Conversant, with hands on experience across Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift and Cloud Native Application development platforms
  • Work collaboratively with filed engineering teams


  • 6-8 years of Engineer experience and/or good working knowledge of VMware solutions
  • Previous experience in Virtualization and Cloud implementation activities/role would be a significant advantage
  • Experience in VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware Tanzu, vRealize Cloud Management, NSX deployment
  • Experience in using Docker, Kubernetes or container orchestration
  • Experience with Chef, Puppet, BOSH, Terraform or related automation/orchestration tools
  • Know how to build a CI/CD pipelines platform for developers, with tools like Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD
  • Clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models
